As the Lead Instructor and Curriculum Creator for Netflix / 2U’s Design Thinking Program, I developed and delivered a comprehensive curriculum to 60+ students per cohort, teaching them the principles of human-centered design, UX research, and business strategy.
This program was designed to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application, ensuring students gained practical skills in UX, design thinking, and strategic problem-solving—all essential for today’s digital landscape.

Curriculum Development: Designed an industry-relevant syllabus, integrating UX methodologies, AI-driven research, and digital product strategy.
Lead Instruction & Mentorship: Provided hands-on coaching, guiding students through research exercises, design challenges, and case studies.
User-Centered Research Training: Taught interview techniques, data synthesis, usability testing, and quantitative/qualitative research methods.
AI & Emerging Technology Integration: Introduced students to AI’s role in UX, automation, and predictive analytics in design.
